For the purpose of this document Motoxphotos.com shall be referred to as MXP. The visitor to the site or the individual (whether representing an organisation or not) who orders an image shall be referred to as the Client.

Ownership of this website
This website is owned and operated by Motoxphotos.com (MXP), a subsidiary of Entice Design Ltd. All images on this site are owned by MXP and Entice Design Ltd. and are protected by international copyright laws.

The Client will indemnify MXP and Entice Design Ltd. against all claims, liability, damages, costs & expenses including legal fees & expenses which may arise as a result of the Client's breach of the terms of this Agreement or the Client's unauthorised use of the contents.

Terms & Conditions
The following Terms & Conditions of use are a legal binding agreement between the Client and Motoxphotos.com (MXP),

which is a subsidiary of Entice Design Ltd. By ordering any images you are confirming that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you agree to be bound by these Agreements.

A) IN THIS AGREEMENT the term picture or image includes a photograph or digital image file or any other item which may be offered for the purpose of reproduction; the term reproduction includes any form of publication or copying of the whole or part of any picture whether altered or not and whether by printing, photography or slide projection (whether to an audience or not).

B) NO VARIATION of the terms and conditions set out here will be effective unless agreed in writing by both parties. In the event of any conflict between these terms and conditions (including those relating to the time of payment) and those issued or submitted by the Client and in the absence of any contrary agreement in writing these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
